Ditto, I did 4 once but it was ugly. :)
Stop by your local wheel shop (I did Belle Tire and Discount before) and
see if they have extra boxes, I did that and it worked out terrific.. maybe
bring a 6 pack as leverage. :) Take a wheel along and see if they can hook
you up with something that fits close. No better packaging than wheel
packaging.

I ship them in pairs via FedEx. You can usually get two rims in a box
roughly 24X24X24 with enough packing to insure safe shipping.
