1. Lots of Liquid Wrench/PB Blaster, bang on it a bit with a hammer and let it sit overnight. 2. Get a 1/2 inch breaker bar and 1/2 inch socket. Don't mess with 3/8 with that kind of force.
3. Get a stronger 1/2 inch Impact Wrench.

the PowerPlantFrame PPF is secured, (on the rear) , with 2 17mm bolts. the forward one is stuck. i started with a 3/8 ratchet, went to an air ratchet, 1/2 air gun, 3/8 ratchet w/ a 8' black pipe extention, (this worked quite well at snapping the socket :). if i had a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter i would use that with the 3/8 ratchet and pipe but i do not have one...suggestions?
