Actually you will reuse the intake and exhaust gaskets, the thermo gasket is
2 bucks, I believe the oil pan is RTV not a gasket so all you need is the
cam cover,WP o ring and thermo gasket.

sorry i wasnt clear.  i bought a block with a head on it.  i am going to
swap all the peripherials from the bad motor to the "new" motor.  a partial
list of things i need are

exh
intake
thermo
water inlet o-ring
i will take off the oil pan 
water pump

and i am sure more i will thonk of later
