Oh yes I can vouch for that place! We had aggressive yellow sac spiders (I think) and they were always running around, and we'd wake up with bites. They made their little coccoons everywhere, and NOTHING from the store worked. Most sprays just stunk up the place.
Then I got "suspend" deltamethrin concentrate from bugspray and a pump sprayer and treated the baseboards, cellar foundation top, and other cracks and crevices. I repeat once a year. It took a while to grind down the numbers at first, but we havent had these spiders in our house in YEARS. Or any other kind of spider, or really, much else. Once in a while, one will get in from outside but that's it. And there is no odor added to the professional stuff whatsoever. It just dries in the cracks and is lethal to spiders. Follow the labelling and apply it everywhere you need to don't skimp, and you should see a vast improvement in spider control.
