Jim, You might find more info on Keith's site, www.targamiata.com Basically it's a big Time/speed/distance rally, where you are told where to go and what your average speed has to be. At checkpoints your time is checked and you gain points against you for being late. This is the first year for the Targa where you didn't also lose points for being early, which is more typical of TSD alleys.
