Rather then clean your old garage you simply need to build another one!

BTW, Just got back from South Florida and Fla Keys...  Highs were upper 
70's and low 80's.

Geez,  I had forgotten how nice the weather was in my hometown.  First 
time down there for my wife (she is from upstate NY).  She could not 
believe the year round growing season... and she could not reconcile 
Christmas without cold weather and snow!  A few decorations on light 
poles in Key Largo and I'm good!

Also convertibles of all types everywhere in the Keys...

Of course the mosquitoes were as bad as I remembered in the Everglades.  
She is still complaining about them.
