Does indeed appear to be directly below the filter. It could possibly be the 
rubber seal popped out of the seat in the filter when it was being tightened - 
this happened to me before.

Did you clean up after the oil change? You'll always have oil spilling 
along the block when you change the filter. Hard to tell in the picture, 
but it looks like a drop hanging off the filter.

I've recently added a Greddy turbo to my NA and noticed this oil leak 
below the oil filter. The car has recently had an oil/filter change and 
the oil filter is secure in place. I've tried with little success to 
understand where, exactly, the leak is coming from, but it is not 
obvious. 

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
