I don't think that was a K&N. We have that on file as an S&B, and the part
number is "filter, oval, 7" long". Not terribly helpful. Overall dimensions
should be 7 1/8 x 6 x 4. K&N RU-1520 is the correct size but has a 2.75" inlet.
I don't remember the old FM II inlet size.

You can check http://www.knfilters.com/search/univ2.aspx?ID=S0014 to see all
the options.

send a picture, Frank. They have been consistent since we start shipping our
own kits, but yours probably predates that.

If it's generic enough, I can get it here in Ireland (and save the $200 in
shipping for spending on other goodies)

Mine's a 2001 FMII small-ball-bearing - the original air filter is an oblong.

Thanks all...

Frank

Depends on the year/generation of the kit. We have them all.

Folks, what is the K&N/Pipercross/etc part number for the FMII air filter ?

After 8 years, mine's looking a little tired

Cheers

Frank
