On the turbo systems the air temp sensor is inside the pipe nipple that the 
idle air inlet hose attaches to (just outside the TB) and the wires come 
through the side of idle air hose.  Don't know about the SC systems.

When map>115 TPS is no longer reported because that datalog time slot is 
used for reporting WG% instead.  Text logs show the TPS data as unknown 
(except for the state of the WOT switch) while DLL graphs show either 50% or 
100% depending on the state of the WOT switch.

Since intake temp jumps to 100 almost instantly I suspect a shorted or 
broken sensor wire.
