Can I install a MK2 Link on a Euro '99 (these have a fuel return line like the 94-97)? Me thinks that it's just a matter of swapping around a bunch of wires and installing a CAS? If it's that simple, I wonder why this wasn't common back in 'the Link days'. Or was it? Is there a way to use the '99 cam and crank sensor or a 36/1 wheel for better accuracy? I realise the Link isn't available anymore, but it seems it's the only affordable ecu (apart from MS).
