derf - I have the Wide Band O2 installed but not wired up....this might be
my hint to get around and wire it up.

Bill -  Just thought it could be related to my other problems. You have been
spot on with all your suggestions in the past so I won't expect to put my
money on that.

Larry - I did let it sit for about 30 seconds and then it turned over for
several seconds before sputtering to life. It starts right away now that I
have driven it.
