I am in the market for a new top on my 96.

I have installed a couple dozen tops on Miatas, most all with rear
glass windows. However, one thing I do not like is that the rear edge
of the glass never sits flush on the rear deck. It is usually about
1-2" gap between glass and carpet due to the length of the material
from the bottom glass edge to the rear rail being too short. The top
stack then sits up higher and tends to bounce a bit.

Does anyone know of a top glass window top that does not have this
problem? I am leaning towards a plastic window just to avoid this
annoyance. I rarely drive with the top up, so this would not be much
of a hardship, but I figure I would ask if anyone knows of a specific
brand/model of top that has the lower edge of the window about 2"
higher than average.
