Assumed you guys didn't do it because it was added complexity for very
little gains. I had the same sort of issues on the RX7, never liked how
tight it was with the 90s.. it worked fine, but wasn't a fan of the
look... looked liek you put the wrong motor in there. :)

Totally agreed on the pressure test, and I'll retighten them too. Thanks,
Bill!

Wally

No, not a bad idea. We just use hoses with formed 90s at the firewall, but
taking the time to do the copper will make things very neat. Make sure you
pressure test before the dash goes back and retighten the clamps after
they've sat for a day or two.

I don't like how the hoses are right into the driver head, and the hoses
running across the engine are visually unattactive... so going to move the
in/out adjacent to the AC stuff. Seems like a cleaner fit and really
isn't much work. Plenty of room behind the blend box and whatnot to do
it. Just going to use 1/2" copper pipe, with hose to attach to the core
like factory.

Bad idea??

I'm still trying to stick a 6.0 LS2 into one.. if that counts. :) Driveine
is in, this weekend will be all about the fabrication I hope.. radiator
mounts, ac condenser mounts, CAI mounts, fuel system, heater core in/out
relocates, etc etc etc.
