If by needle bearing your referring to the pilot bearing in the flywheel. I have always gone down to the FLAPS and bought whatever quality brand they are selling.
Moog etc. Do not use the OEM unit. As for the throw out bearing I honestly have never had an issue with one of those. I did purchase the clutch and bearings from a reputable dealer, but I was still disapointed when this bearing started making noises so soon after install.
