A couple of red flags - if it's been so well maintained then why did it need to 
have the head replaced, and why are there two different brands of tires front & 
rear? A well-maintained car should have the tires rotated often enough that 
they wear out at the same time, and shouldn't have any sort of issues that 
would cause serious damage to the cylinder head. I'd check it out very, VERY 
thoroughly.
