Hey, glad to hear that Robbins is making good on your top.  If they'd add some
reinforcement where rollbars typically encounter  the tops, and use a bit more
material there (added space), the tops wouldn't have that problem.  I have a HD
bar (M2 Sport model) and never had that problem, but the cloth top material
just fell apart due to sun exposure after 3 or 4 years, the window surround
literally disintegrated.  Although the top was well-constructed, It was too
expensive to replace so often.  I bought a Sierra cloth top afterward, and so
far, so good.

Subject: Robbins Tops

Friends, I can't tell you how happy I am to report that after
contacting Moss about a crack in my two year old Robbins top I am
getting a replacement top direct from the CEO of Robbins. He has been
very active in my claim and responded with a replacement top even after
I explained that the vinyl break in my top occurred where the top rubs
against the Hard Dog Deuce brace bar.

They will be sending me a new OEM styled top in order to prevent the
same problem in the future.

Obviously I am very impressed with their support after the sale. I
explained that LeeBo and I had installed it ourselves and all about the
interference with the roll bar. He was interested and took that
information to his staff and then responded with confirmation that they
would replace my top. I wanted them to know that their streamline tops
with the larger glass don't mix well with the Deuce roll bars with the
center brace. He was interested, understood the situation and wanted to
stand behind his product.

Need I say more …
