Rowe not only relinquished the rights to those kids in '99, she also
settled an out-of-court deal with Jackson in '06 concerning the kids.
She may try to get those kids (why, I don't know - they don't know
her), but I don't think she'll win. I think that situation is pretty
tied up against her. Unless she's got tons of money, I can't see her
pursuing this for years on end.
