A: I don't know, but I bet the German's have a word for it. Did anyone notice Smilinjeanie's post over on the "Boo-ey" (sorry, it's almost Halloween...), where she complains about Sir Paul's $250 ticket prices, basically saying, "who does he think he is, God?", but thru the whole post refers to his pronoun as "He", even in the middle of a sentence, like a......god?
