UC Santa Cruz is a unique school. An example - Here in California, "420" is the criminal code for a marijuana crime. So, on every April 20th (4/20), they close the campus to all traffic and have "pot day." While the school party line says that they adhere to Federal guidelines, everyone who imbibes does so openly and without threat. Huge groups gather all over campus and smoke their damn brains out. Luci spends that day in her dorm room with the windows closed. Quite honestly, I don't know how they get away with it.
Also, every couple of months, they have "nude runs." Whoever wants to participate just takes off their clothes and runs around campus naked for awhile. Guys and gals run together. Luci said she watched the run this year and said it was side-splittingly funny and gross all at the same time. Frankly, I think it would be pretty difficult to run around with a hard-on, which would be my problem. I'd have to go smoke my brains out and calm down.
