Too bad she shot & killed (boyfriend) Spider Sabich, the skier.....and 
basically got away with it (altho' her career was also mortally wounded). 
She was convicted of misdemeanor criminal negligence, paid a fine & did 30 
days (of her choice) in jail. She then went on vacation with her (married) 
defense lawyer.
