Fixed Cooke (can't believe I missed that). Even though we certainly are including producers, I haven't listed any of the acts they worked with, except for maybe George Martin. I know that Kaempfert produced Sheridan and The Beatles, but who else... and if I list them then I have to list all the acts that have worked with, say, Bruce Fairbairn or Mutt Lang. That would get to be way too much. At this point let's just leave it as is.
