Very awesome! Thanks, t! Here's what I have now for February 25 and 26, and October 18...
Feb. 25... 1955 – Elvis Presley, Scotty Moore, Bill Black, and Elvis’ manager Bob Neal, drive to Cleveland, Ohio, to play their first date outside the South, making stops at various radio stations along the way in hopes of getting airplay. Feb. 26... 1955 – Elvis Presley makes his first concert appearances above the Mason-Dixon Line, performing two shows at the Hillbilly Jamboree at the Circle Theater in Cleveland, Ohio. After the shows, Elvis meets with radio station WERE disc jockey Bill Randle, who suggests to Presley’s manager Bob Neal that Elvis is a "big artist on his way," and gives Neal the name of a contact for Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts, which will bring national exposure. Oct. 18... 1955 – Elvis Presley performs the first of two nights at the Circle Theater in Cleveland, Ohio, opening for Roy Acuff, Kitty Wells, and Johnnie & Jack.
