About losing weight...it is the little things that add up. A little less food (particularly fatty, sugary stuff...but *don't* deny yourself 100% of it or you'll binge), take the stairs when there is an elevator option (maybe not all the way, but a floor or 2), park at the far side of the parking lot (walk an extra 100 feet).
