Huh? You mean my recent reference to Pork Pie over on the Blooey? Not sure 
what 'stalker' we are discussing.

About losing weight...it is the little things that add up. A little less 
food (particularly fatty, sugary stuff...but *don't* deny yourself 100% of 
it or you'll binge), take the stairs when there is an elevator option 
(maybe not all the way, but a floor or 2), park at the far side of the 
parking lot (walk an extra 100 feet). I've been known to dance with the TV 
when it plays a song (there's nobody here to laugh at me...except me).
