Seemed sudden. But I guess...lung cancer isn't sudden. Too TOO bad. I like some of her songs...She's a Fool, California Nights, You Don't Own Me. The ONLY one that just SUCKED was Sunshine Lollipops and Rainbows. Just horrible, trite, lightweight bullshit from that Hamlisch pretender. Frankly...that song was SO FAR BENEATH Leslie that even after she's buried...she'll still be hovering METRES [not yards] atop it. Strike that from the list and her body of work is as good as any other woman recording in the 60s...with the possible exception of that Ross Beeyawch. Or would you like to know how I really feel? [by the way...gawd is still fired. no reconciliation imminent.]
