We just voted down pot in Ohio last month. The mailed pro ads (altho' big, glossy and expensive, not to mention numerous) were, in a word, pathetic. There were no anti ads that I saw. And of course, 'twas to be a government run/regulated monopoly, more or less. No thanks.
In fact, also last month, an anti monopoly law (that would govern pot) just passed (it would have been in the courts forever if both had passed). As for Canadian law changing.....legal pot may be eaten....no?
