Two cases similar in terms of the victims both being totally incapacitated...but the levels of abuse appear to be night and day different from the 'swim-boy ASS' to Scott-'Still an ass'. 5 Years is likely about right for him...2/12 years with exemplary behavior. Speedo-boy, on the other hand, deserved at least triple the with no time off for behavior of any kind as he is apparently a very, VERY SICK puppy...and no-one is safe in his company. [nor will they be.] One judge is to be commended for looking out for the victim...and for sending a message through Bennett that THIS kind of foolishness will be dealt with harshly. The other judge should be removed from the bench, whipped and fired.
