i didn't know that his mother evelyn ward died of "dementia." i thought it was now most commonly called "*alzheimer's* *disease." i knew aunt evelyn, as i called her. i knew her slightly. visited her a couple of times with my art school friend* who really was her niece. she was a very nice lady. couldn't imagine her married to jack cassidy. that's how nice she was. i feel bad for david. he battles alcoholism & now this.
