You are going to need MacTCP and either freeppp or macppp.

BTW what mac are you installing this on?

I think that MacPPP 2.01 also includes the Mac TCP control panel, as well
as Config PPP.

There should be links to the software.  You also will need a browser which
can be found there also as well as email programs (like Eudora).
