Is there a secret trick to refilling HP Deskwriter cartridges? I have Deskwriter 540. Almost every time I try to refill it, it wants to drip. Black ink cartridge.
To stop it from dripping, I have all the vents blocked with aluminum foil tape. This reduces print quality greatly, since it is trying to take air in through the print head. Should I give up, and buy a new cartridge every time?
