Dan, thanks for volunteering. Last time we did this we reserved a room at La Senorita at a cost of $35 -- it would have been free if a few more people had come. I suspect we'd see a group of 20-30. It's probably easiest to hold the meeting on a Saturday afternoon. With enough advance warning, I'll try to get the day or afternoon off work so I can come. (I work retail, and by 3:00 p.m. when the store closes, I don't want to spend another minute on my feet.) Best bet is probably to reserve a room for 2-4 hours, preferably somewhere with good food, cold drinks, some tables where people can set up hardware, and that won't charge for use of the room if we bring 15-20 paying customers.
