Try passing the ORBIIOPProxy option to your server with the NAT IP address of 
the server, or the server's hostname (define in DNS or
each client's hosts file).

./server -ORBIIOPProxy inet:serverNameOrIP:serverPort

You may also need the ORBIIOPAddr option (the address MICO binds to). Maybe an 
expert can chime in on these options? 

This works for us in a multi-homed, multi-LAN setup where the default address 
used by the server does not work for all clients.
