Hi ,
Due to many requests I have installed the VSTUDIO 2005 Express and
Platform SDK for it.
I have tested and built the last public source tree from 15.5.06 .
MICO compiled well, no problem with IDL, the manifests were installed ok.
Please test it yourself and post the results here.

For your convenience, I have temporarily added a batch file called
build.bat. Just execute that from the VSTUDIO's command line prompt.
Note: since we are curious how many VSTUDIO 2005 users are out there and
where are they from, I added a free counter to the download page.
