I prepared a fink package for mico and there's also a darwin/macports
package for it.

to me, it looks like the HAVE_DYNAMIC_CAST detection is a mico
configure bug, any feedback from guys actually knowing
what it is, and why it is not detected are welcome... I've added
this flag in the package script manually.
the fink package builds against the mac os x system ssl libraries.

I have the openssl, but I am not sure what library it is trying to
