Is someone has succeed with both compilation and use of MiCO 2.3.12 under Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (= VC++ 8). According to MiCO announcement and our experience, with Visual Studio 2003 (VC++ 7), it works fine but that issue becomes a bit old. Is there any patch to apply to source and/or Makefile.
