I have 0C45:624F and I've spent two weeks wondering why your cameras work with this microdia module and mine not.
Even switched laptops to make this work, but no luck... Finally, today, i figured it out... it's simple, but nobody seems to care to mention that every external camera of this type HAVE TO be connected to USB 2.0 or will not work at all. Connected to my desktop finally started to work. When connected to USB 1.0 it generates green screen with some dots at top lines (few) or if run at 640x480 will generate flashing gradient dot at size of full screen - something like that (my english isn't so good to describe what I see clearly). So, this post is a warning for all those that will try to use this cheap crap with an old laptop or similar - simply won't ever work together.
