You are the only person we know of who uses this webcam. If you want us to write a driver for it you need to provide us with the necessary logs. If you have a windows box at home or can ask a friend please, please do so because otherwise no one will ever be able to use the 0c45:624c webcam on their kubuntu/linux box. This guide was written especially for this group and will help capture a log in about 20min: http://groups.google.com/group/microdia/web/usb-sniffing-on-windows I offer to do the rest of the work (reading the log, programming, etc.) for you. All you will have to do is test the driver and be very happy when it finally works for you, too.
