Thanks, I was too lazy to download qt-devel and compile it, but I did
it, when you told me v4l2ucp is better.

Unfortunately when I started v4l2ucp unclear picture in mplayer window
almost disapear, I saw only noise.

I played a lot with v4l2ucp  settings, but I can't improve picture -
I guess maximal gain is too small,
and smaller that gain level without v4l2ucp:
