It's not the resolution which is broken:For lower resolutions libv4l chooses other formats than JPEG. Since Brian's latest update the driver claims that it can output YUV420 and YUV422 while actually using the sn9c20x custom formats. libv4l chooses these over bayer and therefore decodes the image stream wrongly.
