Actually rel="nofollow' is equivalent to rev="vote-abstain". It means
that the status is not asserted by the page.
I was actually thinking of using for something along these lines. So,
for example, (in Canadian politics) a person could express the "view"
on a bill like:
I am against <a rev="vote-against"
href="http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/1995/39/";>Bill C-68</a>.
That would be a splendid use for them.
And on the topic of vote-links vs. relnofollow, notice that vote-
links are actually older than relNoFollow. :D
