Is there a way to indicate - for the benefit of robots, for example - that a given web page contains markup that conforms to one or more microformats? I'm imagining something along the lines of:

        <meta name="microformats" content="tag hAtom xFolk" />

Obviously, a robot would be free to scan any page to see if it contained content in a format it's interested in, but a 'hint' of this kind might allow the robot to prioritise processing of pages that the author claims contain information in a specific format.

Useful? Or superfluous?
