Thanks. You all have 20 hours to object :-) to the official "0.1"izing
of hAtom. If there's no objections, I'm going to do it first thing to
tomorrow morning EST.
I am going to add Robert's suggestion that the "id" attribute of a
"hentry" element without a permalink gets added to the page's URI to
create the implied permalink for the hentry.
