Question: is there currently a microformat that can be used to describe threaded conversations? e.g. something that could be used in conjunction with hAtom to describe entries that are responses to other entries (equivalent to the in-reply-to element from http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-snell-atompub-feed-thread-06.txt)
