[uf-discuss] hCalendar - every week event

Hey guys, I'm a bit of a starter in microformats. I try to learn as much as possible while I'm at work and implement things on our websites...

I was re-building a page here and I have an event ocurring every Tuesday, starting at 4pm. What is the most semantic way for me to write this using hCalendar?
Any thoughts on this? :)
