It seems stalled again. I think the last big decision is whether to use a flat or a more relational structure. It turns out MS is adding citation support to Word 2007, and to their "Open XML" format. I feel storongly if the uF community recognizes the need to use hCard for contributor modeling, it ought to be consistent and do the same with other critical relations.
