Ok, fixed the download link... thanks! @Drew: the /referrer link is added manually to the page. Essentially all this thing does is replace <!--xfnpage--> in any post with your blogroll, except your blogroll is marked up as hCards. In this way, I hope to create an agnostic social-network on my blog using WP's built-in Link Manager.
So basically the bulleted list on my Blogroll page (http://factoryjoe.com/blog/roll/) is generated from this plugin... not exceptionally useful yet... but just imagine the first social networking site that's able to suck in my XFN relationships and spawn a new network -- ON THE FLY!
