There doesn't seem to be much of a place on the wiki to discuss changing the main blurb. It is more of a place to present various ways to talk about microformats. All of which are good, but which leaves the question about how we, as a community, evolve the primary communications vehicles.
My thinking parallels yours, dg. Humans first means authors first, and in particular the non-developer mainstream folks for whom XML/XSLT options are just too complicated, e.g., the canonical soccer mom with this year's schedule of practices and games. And the "main" blurb that propagated to the hResume+WordPress announcement is exceedingly abstract, IMO. -j -- Joe Andrieu [EMAIL PROTECTED] +1 (805) 705-8651 > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of subscribe > Sent: Thursday, July 27, 2006 6:34 AM > To: Microformats Discuss > Subject: Re: [uf-discuss] Microformats opening blurb... > > > I think Joe raised many good points, but I didn't see a place > to discuss that on that wiki page.
