I don't think my code always does a flat OPML... only if the original XOXO was flat... I'll look into processing XOXO that has relative URLs

I also had a look at the NING implimentation and they mostly do the same thing, except it is a flat OPML, no nested <outline> and they don't manage to create Absolute URLs from any @href, but they do take input/output to various formats.
