Which seems unnecessarily restrictive. I haven't written a programme for
many years, nor do I wish to, but I might have some very good ideas for
a potential new one, or helpful suggestions to a problem experienced by
someone else writing one - witness my work with Stephen Paul Weber on
his hAtom parser.
