I think you're absolutely right. It's important to be able to "walk a
mile in the other person's shoes".

We have one 'wiki' page, for instance, which refers to the use of a uF
by bloggers, when the usage described could be by any web publisher, on
any web age, not just a blog.

We have pages which refer to the need to use "Z part of XHTML" when "Z"
is also a component of perfectly acceptable and valid HTML.
