I stumbled upon Danny Ayer's hDoap, which maps DOAP into xhtml. <http://dannyayers.com:88/xmlns/hdoap/profile/hdoap-index.html> This clearly doesn't capture the dependencies which is a big part of your use case. I'm interested to see how more real world examples pan out.
